Purchasing from Orluxevara is simple. Visit our official website, go to the shop page, browse through our curated collection and place an order. You must complete checkout process for ensuring order placement.

Do you deliver outside Hong Kong?
No, we only deliver within the territories of Hong Kong only. All the deliveries we make are completely free of cost. Moreover, we make sure that all deliveries are actually made within 2-3 business days only.

Can I cancel an order after confirmation?
You get a cancellation window of 1 business day, which is the time we need to ship your product. Once the item has been shipped, we don’t accept any cancellation request at all. Make sure that you place an order only when you’re completely sure about it.

Can I return an order?
You can return any damaged, defective or wrong product delivered to you within 30 days from the date of delivery. Make sure that you’re returning the item in the original packaging and condition in which it was delivered to you, for acceptance.

Is there any delivery fee for any product?
No, we don’t charge any delivery fees at all. There is no minimum order value for free shipping, and we don’t charge any hidden fee as well. You need to pay the exact price of the item you’re purchasing at delivery.

Do you charge any return or restocking fee?
There are no return or restocking fee associated with any purchase either. We don’t charge any restocking fee as we want to build a strong relationship based on trust with all our customers.
